| I have tried several other soy products. None of them gave me much relief from night flashes. I rarely slept more than 3 hours without waking up then spending the next 2 to 3 hours wide a wake. After 3 weeks I noticed my flashes had decreased, I can fall back to sleep sooner, and I reach REM sleep more often. I find taking Effisoy a hour before bed works best. |
