Many of the unpleasant symptoms associated with menopause can be controlled, if not eliminated, with modifications to the diet and small changes to your current lifestyle.

Create balance in your life. Emotional health during the transition through menopause requires a balance between yourself and others in your life. Although many stressors cannot be altered, self-awareness and the development of coping skills during this time may help a woman meet life's challenges.
