| I was having severe hot flashes about 5 per hour. I also noticed the onset of anxiety and depression that I had experienced rarely before. Insomnia was a problem also. Now the hot flashes are all but gone, so is the anxiety and depression. The insomnia was helped in that I don't have to take such a large dose of sleep medication in order to have a good nights sleep. I recommend Effisoy to all my menopaus... |

After 3 weeks I noticed my flashes had decreased, I can fall back to sleep sooner, and I reach REM sleep more often. I find taking Effisoy a hour before bed works best. |
